Vienna Almonds

Vienna Almonds are produced with an unique heritage variety of almonds that take a longer time and are more difficult to grow than others.
Since 1939 Vienna Almonds have been made in large copper bowls and stirred to perfection, creating delicious caramelised almonds. In its early days, it used to be one of only two products, rationed, sold at NutShop. They are that popular. The name Vienna came about because it was considered an European delicacy that Australians have taken to heart. Eat them, savour them, crunch them or eat them whole. Vienna Almonds taste fabulous over a garden salad, use as a cake decoration or eat them just as they are.
